Kristen Balouch

Hi, I'm Kristen. I have been busy this fall with a big move.

I moved my home and studio at the same time. I'm a little sad to say good bye to my
sweet home of 17 years, but I'm excited to say hello to my teeny tiny apartment in
Brooklyn and to start Cloverly Art Collective...this new adventure with these great
artistis: Jenn, Lyndy, and Monika!

Last night I dreamed that I was all settled in.... but I woke up to find that I still have some unpacking to do....

Lyndy Hants

Hello! My name is Lyndy, and I make up another "leaf" in the Cloverly Art Collective. I'm very excited to be part of this lovely group of artists. I'm looking forward to sharing some of my creative projects here and to exhibiting at Surtex next May.
I've recently been working on a couple of lovely projects - some nursery art prints for The Land of Nod, as well as some notecard designs for Papyrus. Both will be published in 2015 and I will be able to share them with you then.
In the meantime, I've come up with a new kitchen print!

And a nautical print!

I also recently undertook  Jesssica Swift's " Pattern Camp" course to hone up on my pattern making skills, and here are a couple of patterns I created  :

Looking forward to sharing more new designs soon!

Jennifer Orkin Lewis

Hi, I'm Jennifer and I'm so thrilled to be teaming up with Monika, Kristen and
Lyndy in our new Cloverly collective! We hope to inspire each other, have a booth
at Surtex this year and create some new and exiting art!

I've been very busy the last 4 months illustrating a cake cookbook for Abrams Books,
called Sitting in Bars with Cake. The publication date is March 2015, I can't wait to share
some of that art with you. Soon I hope!

I also do a painting a day in my sketchbook. It has been a fulfilling and very special project.

We are excited to share this with you all!

Monika Forsberg

Hi there. Im Monika, one quarter of the Cloverly Art Collective.
I  joined forces with Jennifer, Kristen and Lyndy a while back and slowly we've been forming into what we will become, what we are: The Cloverly Art Collective.

This past week I divided my time between making coffees at the coffee shop where I work, settling my  youngest son into nursery, and working on two different illustration commissions. After a very hectic summer with very little breathing space I found that my art was taking a dive and I've been struggling a little until a couple of days ago when I found my mojo again. That place where you lose track of time and space.

The pictures above are sketches from the Green Market spinner game I've been working on for the amazing people at Eeboo.
